Algo-Mntr is run by Mohamad Abdel Sater, based in Lebanon. Every message goes to a person, not a queue — expect a reply within two business days.
What to include
So the first reply is the useful one rather than a request for more information:
- Account or access problems — the email address you signed up with, and the page where it went wrong.
- Billing or refunds — the email on the receipt and the order reference. The refund policy sets out the window and what happens to certificates already issued.
- A mistake in a lesson — the lesson name and what you believe is wrong. These are read carefully and corrections are made; the curriculum carries evidence labels precisely so claims can be checked and challenged.
- Data requests — export or deletion of your data, per the privacy policy.
What this is not
Algo-Mntr teaches trading; it does not advise on it. We cannot tell you what to buy or sell, review a position you are holding, or comment on whether a trade was a good idea. That boundary is not evasiveness — it is the difference between education and regulated investment advice, and it applies to email exactly as it applies to the lessons.
